What was your background prior to joining OC&C?

I grew up attending international schools around Europe before moving to the UK to study Economics & Management at the University of Oxford. Before OC&C I interned at Nestle which is when I realised that I wanted more variety and made the decision to move into consulting!

What’s your favourite OC&C experience?

In my second week of training we got to go to Chicago for International Training Week which was pretty cool! It was great meeting so many people from various offices so early on and getting to know other people from my peer group in an outside-the-office context.

What do you like to get up to in your free time outside of the office?

My preferred weekend activity is definitely going for brunch with friends! I also try and squeeze in some dance classes during the week and I am an avid reader in my free time.

What advice would you give to someone applying at OC&C?

Take advantage of the pre-interview call with an AC to ask questions you have about the interview process or OC&C – get to know us as a firm!
