Anna Mirenda has over 20 years of experience in management consulting worldwide, with focus on business transformation and operational excellence.
Anna started her career in Value Partners Management Consulting and then joined Long Term Partners, working worldwide across Europe, Americas, Middle East and Asia.
She has led complex engagements in multiple sectors (e.g. FMCG, Tobacco, Industrial goods, Transportation & Logistics), specialising in strategic development and operational excellence programs.
Over the recent years Anna has gained extensive experience in the Fashion & Luxury business, while consolidating distinctive competencies in business transformation and end-to-end supply chain optimisation projects.
